Description

Intense garnet colour. Complex and expressive aromas of fresh and fleshy fruits. The attack on the palate is supple and round, with notes of sweet liquorice and spices. The tannins are present but silky, with a long and balanced finish.

A blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Pair with cheese starters, cold cuts, grilled meat, poultry and soft cheeses.

Laurasso in Provençal means "impetuous wind". This cuvée's name is therefore a nod to the mythical mistral that cradles and cleanses Demazet's vineyard located on the east coast of the city of Avignon. A long plateau of rolled pebbles (10km), with an altitude of 115 metres oriented north/south.
