Primarily, Mencía was blended with Garnacha Tintorera, Palomino Fino, Doña Blanca, and Godello.

Hand-harvested, organically grown grapes grown on Clay, limestone, slate and schist soil. Natural, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts from the vineyard and cellar and aged in old oak casks.

Pale ruby colour with fragrant nose of red fruits, violet and bread. Smooth, refreshing and easy-drinking, a wine that blurs the lines between a rosé and a red!

It pairs well with good-fun, straightforward people and a wide range of dishes! Enjoy it cool (10-12°C)
