This is deliciously full of freshness, with cherry, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours, and a long finish. It has been fermented in old oak, so a hint of spice and warm vanilla adds balanced complexity to the wine. Great with duck breast, but light enough to enjoy just with nibbles.
