Description

An exciting, great value find from Chile's mountainous Maule region, where it's cool enough to grow Pinot Noir on old glacial riverbeds. This is deliciously full of freshness, with cherry, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours, and a long finish. It has been fermented in old oak, so a hint of spice and warm vanilla adds balanced complexity to the wine. Great with duck breast, but light enough to enjoy just with nibbles.
