Description

A vegan friendly blend of Macabeo & Chardonnay. The age of the vines is 20-65 years from an altitude of 600-800 metres. Straw yellow in colour. Highly aromatic and floral with outstanding freshness and subtle notes of tropical fruits such as mango. Harmonious and lingering with good acidity and an almost effervescent mouthfeel.

Great on it's own or as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish and seafood, pasta salad, sushi, Thai cuisine, vegetarian dishes and poultry dishes with cream sauces.
