Tasting note

Good Bordeaux doesn't need to be saved for Sunday lunch. These are the bottles we reach for midweek: properly made, generous and priced for opening without a second thought.

There's juicy, Merlot-led claret from Blaye, Entre-Deux-Mers and the wider Bordeaux appellation, a Graves with a few years of bottle age behind it, and a crisp Sauvignon and Sémillon white from Pierre Lurton's Château Marjosse for the nights when red isn't the answer.

Delivery is free on orders over £120. Otherwise, standard delivery is £6.95 and usually arrives within 48 hours, excluding weekends. You can request a delivery date during checkout using the notes section.
