Description

Sourdough is mixed with dried King Oyster mushrooms (grown locally in our own bran!), sweet barley malt, olive oil, sea salt and Kampot black pepper. Handmade into a crisp sourdough cracker with hints of sweet earthiness and umami, with a lasting heat and spice.
