The grapes were hand picked and vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature 21 days of post-fermentation maceration to refine the tannins. The wine was then aged for 12 months in 500 litre French Allier oak barrels.
A full-bodied wine with deep red colour. Its complex aroma presents traces of mature red berries, jam and chocolate offering an intense and prolonged aftertaste.
