Description

Hand-picked, estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes are carefully selected and pressed as whole bunches. This traditional method sparkling rose undergoes cool, gentle alcoholic and malolactic in stainless steel, with a secondary fermentation in bottle. This multivintage blend rests for approximately 2 years on lees prior to disgorgement, and a further 3 months bottle maturation before release.

Highweald's signature rose has intense, seductive aroma of English summer berries and a delicate mousse. Complex and concentrated flavours are accompanied by creamy, soft textures, balanced with refreshing acidity and bright red fruit character.

This delicious wine is perfect for any celebration, and is a perfect pairing for rich dished like lobster, seared salmon or duck breast. An excellent match for Asian or Japanese flavours, or simply served chilled with fresh, ripe strawberries.
