Javier Revert

Javier Revert is at the forefront of a new generation of Spanish winemakers, dedicated to reviving indigenous grape varieties and traditional techniques to craft pure, vibrant wines that showcase the untapped potential of Mediterranean Spain. Deeply connected to his home region, where his family has farmed for generations, Javi studied viticulture in Valencia. During a walk with his grandfather, he discovered an old vineyard, planted by his great-grandfather, hidden among Mediterranean flora. Seeing the potential in these steep, north-facing terraces at 700-800 metres, he has been meticulously restoring them, producing honest, vibrant wines that reflect their unique sites and vintages. Produced in tiny quantities, these wines are poised to set a new benchmark for Eastern Spain.

Valencia

Valencia, located on Spain's eastern coast, is a prominent wine region known for its diverse wine offerings and favourable Mediterranean climate. It enjoys warm, sunny weather with mild winters, creating ideal conditions for viticulture.
It is particularly celebrated for its robust reds made from local varieties such as Monastrell and Tempranillo, which offer rich fruit flavours, depth, and well-structured profiles. The area also produces notable whites from varieties like Merseguera and Verdejo, known for their freshness, citrus notes, and balanced acidity.
