L'Opera Sol Sol Silesia 2023

Description

L’Opera Vineyard was established in 2014, when the first seedlings were planted in the Trzebnica Hills of Lower Silesia.

To create Sol Sol, the grapes are harvested in two batches: the first batch of grapes is harvested in early September to preserve the crisp character and lively notes, the second batch is harvested in early October when the grapes are fully ripe. This treatment gives the final wine clarity and structure. Both batches of grapes are softly pressed and fermented for about 12 days at a temperature of 18°C. After fermentation, the wines are mixed and stored in special steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 - 16°C until the wine is placed in the bottle.

Deeply lemon in colour and a lovely finesse in the glass, this is an aromatic wine with rich aromas of citrus fruits, ripe pear, peach. Hovering over the fruit is delicate sage and some floral notes. Rich and soft in the mouth with lasting fruit and freshness.
