Martha’s winemaking philosophy is centred on minimal intervention. She allows fermentation to occur spontaneously with native yeasts and avoids unnecessary additives, including new oak, which she uses sparingly to let the fruit and terroir speak clearly. Her wines are often bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur, resulting in wines that are alive, vibrant, and reflective of their origins.
