"A new enterprise specialising in old Cinsault at 400 m. Mid to deep crimson. Wonderfully honest and fruity. What's not to like? Not sure I can see the appellation's signature schist in this wine – or at least it's subsumed by the varietal fruit. Round and appealing red-cherry fruit but then there is just the right amount of acidity – not much tannin – but an exuberant riposte to the average Faugeres with a long savoury finish. Drink to 2025. 16.5 points." (Jancis Robinson MW, jancisrobinson.com, September 2021)
