Carefully selected grapes at the harvesting and in the cellar. Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C-10°C. Fermentation maceration over four days, using the délestage technique. Aged in stainless steel for eight months.
Red wine with an intense ruby colour. On the nose, the wine shows great aromatic finesse with blackberry notes. On the palate, it is a very balanced, fresh and elegant wine. Long length with the presence of tannic structure in evidence.
