Patrick Sullivan Wines was established in 2012, and since then, Patrick has become known for his innovative approach and his focus on producing wines with minimal intervention. His portfolio includes a diverse range of varietals, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to more unconventional choices like Sémillon and Gewürztraminer.
In the vineyard, Patrick practices organic and biodynamic farming, believing that healthy, vibrant soils are the key to producing wines that are true expressions of their terroir. He works closely with growers who share his commitment to sustainability and natural farming practices.
