Organically grown Síria grapes are pressed, and the must ferments in stainless steel for 30 days at around 14°C. A brief aging on fine lees follows. This vegan-friendly wine, crafted by Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes, aims to express the grape and terroir, benefiting from the region's low humidity which favors organic practices.
