Fermentation in stainless steel, neutral French oak and concrete eggs adds a gentle creaminess while maintaining the Sauvignon Blanc’s bright acidity. This is far more than a simple, zesty white. Aveta is a textured and refined Sauvignon Blanc with notes of white peach, lime zest and ginger, finishing with a subtle flinty minerality. It combines California’s sunny generosity with the poise and structure of a fine Sancerre.
