Cuvee Coloree is a blend of three different vintages, three grape varieties: Rondo, Regent and Cabernet Cortis and various vinification methods: semi-carbonic fermentation on wild and noble yeasts, maturation in oak barrels and steel vats, short and long maceration. Thanks to this diversity, we received a very nicely arranged wine with aromas of currant, raspberry and cherry, velvety structure and delicate tannins.
