Description

Rondo-Vous is a light, red wine from the Rondo variety, from the experimental "Szato Bagno" series of the Silesian Vineyard. It was created through carbonic maceration—the fermentation of whole, uncrushed grapes—making it almost tannin-free and exceptionally fruity. Fermented with wild yeast, it contains minimal sulfur and was unfiltered. Aromas of red currant, young cherry, and juicy acidity place it in the Glou Glou category—fresh, light, and incredibly drinkable. It tastes best slightly chilled.
